Monique Ross, Ph.D., Founder & Principal Consultant is SPHR and Lean Six Sigma Certified (blackbelt) her Ph.D. in Expressive Therapies, an MBA and a Master's in HR Management, a Bachelor's in Organizational Studies and an Associate's in Business Administration. In addition, Monique is a Certified Life Coach. With her career in Human Resources spanning over the course of 20 years across every industry imaginable.

Dr. Ross has worked in the manufacturing industry, as a Sr. HR Business Partner, Healthcare as a Sr. HR Business Consultant, Aviation as an HR Manager, Local Government and the Non-Profit sector as a HR Generalist and Chief Administrative Officer, a Tech Startup as Vice President of HR, US Regional HR Manager for a Canadian based women's clothing retail chain Senior People Manager and her most recent role as Founder and Principal Consultant at MRC Services. In addition, she has moonlighted as an Adjunct Instructor at several local colleges and universities and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations.
